Description

From the North American tour accompanying the release of “BIG GENERATOR” in 1988, the performance in Oakland on February 27th is recorded in 135 minutes in official quality, stereo soundboard sound source. This is a DAT master that was recently unearthed by related parties, and was recorded directly from the soundboard desk. Therefore, the perfectly separated sound that can only be achieved by direct connection to the desk was recorded on DAT instead of analog tape, and the cheers of the venue were well synchronized, so the quality is comparable to recent digital live recordings. And while the hit numbers of “90125” and “BIG GENERATOR” are compiled, repertoires such as “Big Generator”, “Shoot High Aim Low”, “Holy Lamb”, and “Love Will Find A Way” were not played after this, and it is only during this period that Levar Rabin’s solo “Solly’s Beard” is also played. And in the second half, of course, the big 70s songs were played one after another, from “Yours Is No Disgrace” to the last “Roundabout”, and this part was as great as always. Disc 1 : 1. Rhythm Of Love 2. Hold On 3. Heart Of The Sunrise 4. Big Generator 5. Changes 6. Shoot High Aim Low 7. Holy Lamb 8. Solly’s Beard 9. Make It Easy 10. Owner Of A Lonely Heart Disc 2 : 1. Yours Is No Disgrace 2. Bass Solo 3. And You And I 4. Love Will Find A Way 5. I’ve Seen All Good People 6. Roundabout [Live at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Arena, Oakland, CA. USA 27th February 1988 : Stereo Soundboard Recording] Jon Anderson – Vocal / Trevor Rabin – Guitars / Chris Squire – Bass / Tony Kaye – Keyboards / Alan White – Drums
