After a short tour of five UK cities in April 2017, titled “Back To The Who Tour 51!”, the band began a full-scale US tour on July 13th. The band’s appearance at the outdoor festival “Outside Lands”, held annually in San Francisco, was recorded in official quality, professional shot footage from the WEBcast on air. The live performance, which almost completely reproduced the tour set, was a full set of over two hours, from the opening “I Can’t Explain” to “Lawless World”, making it the definitive tour video of the tour, totaling two hours and five minutes. 1.
