The live footage of the golden four-piece lineup of Jaco Paz, Zawinul, Shorter, and Peter Erskine from their heyday in 1978, aired by Rockpalast, has been released on DVD in the highest master quality ever! It is a completely uncut recording of the German performance on September 29th over a period of 2 hours, and since it was right after the release of their masterpiece “Black Market”, this album is the main part of the setlist. Other than that, from the early numbers before Jaco joined, to the solo parts of each member, the whole thing has a dark funk tone throughout.
