This new item features a high-quality stereo audience recording of the San Francisco concert in May 1983, from the tour following the release of their seventh album, “Black Panther”! This recording captures the live performance at Kabuki Seattle in San Francisco’s Japantown district on May 5, 1983, coinciding with the release of their seventh album, “Black Panther,” after leaving UA and moving to Epic Records. Digitally transferred from a low-generation master, the recording boasts excellent balance and stable, clear sound quality across all parts, including vocals. Furthermore, the mispositioning and significant pitch discrepancies inherent in the master have been carefully corrected during remastering. While the three tracks after “London Lady” are unfortunately missing, the rest of the album is included without interruption. The setlist begins with the opening sound effect and starts with “Nuclear Device,” a track from their fourth masterpiece album “THE RAVEN” that was also released as a single. It includes four tracks from “Black Panther,” such as the single “European Female” released prior to the album, as well as the hit “Golden Brown” from their previous album, the single “Who Wants The World” released the previous year, and the early classic “No More Heroes”—a truly superb setlist!
