Description
Stevie Nicks, who had built a solo era with consecutive hits of “BELLA DONNA” and “THE WILD HEART”. Her superb stereo soundboard album, which was bathed in the wind of such great success, is now available. This work contains “June 24, 1983 East Rutherford performance”. It is a part of “THE WILD HEART TOUR”. First, let’s imagine the position of the show from the timeline at that time. ・May 27 + 30: North America # 1 (2 performances) {“THE WILD HEART” released on June 10th} ・June 21-July 31: North America # 2 (24 performances) ← ★ Here ★ ・August 27-October 4: North America # 3 (20 performances) ・October 21-November 24: North America # 4 (17 performances) This is the overview of the tour. All of them are in North America, and the East Rutherford performance of this work was the third concert since the release of “THE WILD HEART”. This work, which contains such a show, is a masterpiece stereo sound board that is truly worthy of being called “ultra-excellent”. It is a master that was excavated in recent years, but it is not an air check, but it has been digitized directly from the original master, and the professional mix and the highest level of freshness are completely official class. Of course, even if you say “official” in one bite, it can range from a bad work to a masterpiece, but this work is of masterpiece-class quality without question. However, even though it is a masterpiece in terms of level, it is a little different from the official work sense. The direct feeling is too bold and too vivid. Combined with the swell of a loud cheer that is a little distant, it is a balance like between “official board” and “direct from the table”. If the direct feeling of the husky singing voice jumping directly into the brain is vivid, the guitar and bass have a tactile feeling up to the picking, and even the three-dimensional feeling that makes you feel the structure of the drum kit. It is truly a rare and exquisite sound board. The show in its prime, depicted with such unparalleled quality, is simply amazing. The repertoire of the smash hit “BELLA DONNA” is only two modest songs, “Leather & Lace” and “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around”, but the core of “THE WILD HEART” that was just released is the same, and the five songs that make up half of the album are played on a large scale. “Gold & Braid”, “I Need To Know” and FLEETWOOD MAC’s hit songs add color to it. In fact, it is a little sad that “Edge of Seventeen” is not there, but the style that emphasizes new songs is full of real-time feeling. Moreover, Nicks’ singing voice that sings it is “THE WILD HEART” itself. Full of confidence that has been successful in solo, she sings powerfully in pop songs and delicately in ballads. Particularly moving is “Beauty & The Beast”. This song is performed with an orchestra, and the heartfelt singing voice swims freely across the beautiful sea of strings. This work ends with “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around”, but it was supposed to be followed by “Rhiannon”. This was not a recording error, and it ended without being performed on this day. In fact, before “Rhiannon” began, a member of the audience burst onto the stage and took the violent action of pushing Nicks down. Of course, the thug was immediately pulled out by the security guard, but Nicks was shocked by the suddenness of it and was trembling and unable to sing. As expected, the thug scene is not included in this work, and there is a sense of it being cut off in the middle, but this is also a document. This is the third performance after the announcement of “THE WILD HEART”. This is a super-excellent soundboard album that vacuum-packs the singing voice of Stevie Nicks in the midst of her heyday.
