They emerged from the Cisco scene in the 60’s and had a number of No. 1 hits in the 70’s, and their first and most valuable live performance is here on the soundboard. This is a recording of two performances in one day at the Matrix in San Francisco on January 12, 1967, when they called themselves the Blues Band again. Historical live sound source recorded as the oldest live record. Cisco was active at the center of the Bay Area psychedelic movement, and Boz Scaggs was also a member of this band.This is one of the band’s earliest must-see live shows.
