The setlist featured singles such as “Cities In Dust” and “Candyman,” which were released prior to the album’s then-new album, “Tinderbox,” which peaked at no. 13 on the UK album charts. As with the album, new guitarist John Valentine Carruthers, who joined the band the previous year, displayed his virtuoso command of guitar and keyboards. Budgie’s tight drumming and Steve’s earth-shattering basslines intertwined with the band’s sound, and Siouxsie’s emotional vocals resonated throughout.
