The live sound source from Baton Rouge in 1978, 5 days before the aerial decomposition at Winterland, is now available as an upgraded version using the newly discovered Low Gene Master! On January 9, 1978, just before disbanding from the 1978 US tour, and five days before air disintegration (three live shows before disbanding), the live performance at the Kingfish Club in Baton Rouge was performed on the same label’s previously released album “Kingfish Swindle Baton Rouge”. 1978-Uncut & Complete Version-”, but it will be re-released with a significantly improved sound quality by using a newly discovered low generation master that is clearly a younger generation than the master used there. There was a slight dropout in the previously released version, but there was no dropout in the new excavated master, which is clearly different from the previous version, and the pitch deviation caused by the master has also been carefully corrected. It is a clear stereo audience recording with very good sense of presence and balance, and Steve’s loud and sharp guitar is recorded with a pleasant and powerful sound. It is a complete uncut recording from the opening MC, and is a superb album that captures the sound that fills the real floor as it is, even as the audience in the southern United States roars wildly on the floor!
