“THE SONGS THAT WON’T GO AWAY” is an extremely rare collection that includes Michael Schenker’s first professional recordings and pseudonymous singles. However, this is a carefully selected selection of tracks that are extremely rare and interesting to listen to. It’s not all about rare takes either. Therefore, we have included an additional 17 songs and 76 minutes of rare tracks that were not selected. The tracks included in this work were unfortunately not included. For example, no matter how rare the song is, wouldn’t it be boring if there were multiple versions of the same song over and over again? Therefore, we recorded the “longest possible” and “different from the album” on a separate CD, and recorded the rest here. Therefore, the sound quality of this work is also of the highest official quality, and its value is second to none. It is a masterpiece that completes the collection when combined with the main story. Now, let’s introduce each take in detail. 1. Is There Anybody There (Re-Recorded 1989) This is a remix and re-recorded version that was included in the European version of “BEST OF ROCKERS ‘N’ BALLADS”. 5. Still Loving You (Radio Version – Remix /Edit 1992) 9. Under The Same Sun (Live – Munich 16 October 1993) 10. Alien Nation (Live – Munich 16 October 1993) A take that could only be heard on singles from “CRAZY WORLD” to “LIVE BITES”. “Still Loving You” is a 1992 remix, an edited version of the single only. 11. Edge Of Time (Radio Edit) A song from the best album “DEADLY STING”, an edited version only available on the promotional CD. 12. You And I (Special Single Mix) Single-only remix version. 13. To Be No.1 (M.A.D. Mix) 14. To Be No.1 (Mousse T’s Club Mix) A remix of only the 12-inch promo produced for clubs during the “Scorpion of Technology” era. This kind of remix often has nothing to do with the artist or record company, but this one was produced by the record company the song belonged to at the time. 15. When Love Kills Love (Studio Version) A studio recording version of the song from “ACOUSTICA”. As expected, it is an acoustic, rare track that is only available as a single. 16. You Are The Champion (Instrumental) An instrumental version of the QUEEN cover that was also included on a separate CD. 17. Humanity (Radio Edit – Incl.
