This is a complete recording of the performance at the outdoor festival “Mountain Air Festival” held in California on August 23rd, which was part of the US tour accompanying the release of “Freedom” in 1987, which was a huge hit as an album that brought back the wildness of the early days. It is recorded using stereo soundboard audio from the broadcast master. First, while there is footage of the “Freedom Concert” held in East Berlin, which was part of the East German bloc at the time before the fall of the Berlin Wall in April of that year, this is a best-of live set as a summer event live. This live performance, which also attracted attention for its collaboration with the Grateful Dead, features a passionate performance reminiscent of Woodstock in the past.
