A memorial concert for Dickey Betts, an original member of Allman who passed away in April 2024, will be held on February 28, 2025 in Macon, Georgia, the place with which he is most closely associated. This title is a complete recording of the memorial event “In Memory of Dickey Betts” from the soundboard distribution source from the WEB cast on-air master. The live performance, which was a total of the Allman family, featured Devon Allman of Greg Allman II, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, Oteil Burbridge, and others. In addition, Chuck Leavell and many other Southern Rock-related musicians took turns participating, and they played a heated performance mainly of Allman numbers from their heyday, such as “In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed,” and ended with “Ramblin’ Man,” which is synonymous with Dickey Betts, and this memorial special live performance is in official quality.
