Description
Remastered high-quality audience recording of the second day in Seattle on October 15, 1981, released by JEMS. Although it feels a little distant, the sound itself is captured well from beginning to end, and the overall listening experience is superb. Even though there is a video for the screen, JEMS has only released the audience master, which is a high-quality sound source that fans must listen to. The cassettes of a famous taper (MS) are directly digitized, and the sound is extremely fresh. I applied some compression processing to the original sound source and adjusted the volume. Some EQ processing has also been done, and the bass range has been lifted without overdoing it. I think the low range, which was originally sparse, has become a little thicker and easier to listen to. The first song, Under My Thumb, is a cut-in. There was a last-minute cutout at the ending of She’s So Cold, so we applied cross-fade processing. The performance was also more exciting than the previous day, such as Jumping Jack Flash, which accelerated in the second half, and All Down The Line, and the performances from this period in particular were included in the album, which includes performances from the middle of the tour onwards. Compared to his performances in “Still Life” and the movie “Let’s Spend The Night Together,” Mick’s singing style is wild and doesn’t pay attention to his throat, so I think it’s a whole different level of power.1981 This is an excellent sound source that is a must-listen for fans, appearing for the first time as an audience recording in 2018, and suddenly ranking high. 13) 1.
