Rolling Stones/Undercover US Original LP

This time we will introduce the original US vinyl version of Undercover, released in November 1983. It reached number 4 in the UK charts and number 3 in the US charts. The US version of this album, which is stamped with STERING, is said to have the best sound quality. The CD version of this work was also produced at almost the same time. Recording began following the tours in 1981 and 1982, but as it was reported that the relationship between Mick and Keith was at its worst during this process, the Stones did not tour again until 1989. However, the content of this work can be understood as a work that incorporated the cutting edge of the era among the Stones’ works. Many unreleased takes that were unearthed this year were amazing sound sources. There is no doubt that this album is the final form of that group of works. The first difference from the current CD version is that “Wanna Hold You” is recorded in a shorter take. The bonus track “Undercover of the Night” from the US 12″ is a bold remix, and “Feel on Baby” is a dubby remix with Keith’s chorus part alone. This was also the last original album released by the Stones from Atlantic Records, the label they had been on for many years. The analog version of this album is not particularly hard to come by, but it may be hard to get your hands on it due to the era in which it was released (lol). The condition is of course excellent, and the discs are excellent.
