During the production of this album, Brian Jones left the group, and his successor, guitarist Mick Taylor, joined the group shortly after.This album is the last album on which Jones participated, and the songs on which Jones and Taylor participated are included. This is the only original album that was included at the same time. LET IT BLEED’s session sound source has been renewed with upgraded content. Gimme Shelter, which was also used as the title of the documentary film about the Altamont tragedy; Country Honk, which arranged the lead single “Honky Tonk Women” in a country music style; and Boston Strangler, which was the inspiration for the movie “Strangler”.
