Description
This work includes “Hollywood performance on March 18, 1997”. This is a long version of the stereo soundboard that has been loved as the “last line recording of the HR era.” This show was also broadcast on the radio at the time, and the sound board version was released for the first time as the masterpiece “SECOND NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD”. Of course, at that time there was no official live work from the Doogie White era, and it has been widely loved by fans for a long time. This work is not a reproduction of that copy… It is a master of another broadcast that appeared later. However, it is not true that this new master is long. Although “Woman From Tokyo” and “Smoke On The Water”, which were not previously released, are included, more than 10 “Mistreated” songs are missing, and the song order is messed up. Therefore, we aimed for the longest version by making full use of the two broadcasts and keeping the song order as per the actual show…that is what this work is. Of course, with the advent of this “COMPLETE HOLLYWOOD 1997” it has become possible to experience a “true full show”, but the collection value of “a comprehensive summary of existing soundboards” still remains unchanged. The quality of this work is such that it is an FM album where the program DJ who enters from the beginning is vivid. It’s a top-quality stereo soundboard, and if you record and mix directly from your brain, it’s a top-quality professional product. I wrote earlier that there will be a DJ, but unlike South American or Scandinavian broadcasts, there will be no DJs. The new master includes two additional songs: “Woman From Tokyo” and “Smoke On The Water.” Although the feel is slightly different here, we have adjusted the mastering to minimize the discomfort and finished it so that you can enjoy it seamlessly. Richie at the end of the rock era depicted on such a stereo sound board…how cool. Even today, you can hear the same inspiration and beautiful tone, but in this work, that phrase freely manipulates the tough beat and dominates the entire concert. Above all, the sharpness and rhythm of their performances are completely different. The way he comes up with the perfect phrases is just like “that Richie”. Even when played in a romantic manner, the sound retains its “power”, and the dynamism of the climax is overwhelming with tremendous force. Since “IN ROCK,” the 27 years of his active career in hard rock shines brightly. Although it is long, it is about 10 songs. It is not as good as the main press 2CD “COMPLETE HOLLYWOOD 1997″. The sound is even more beautiful in the main part, which is the audience. However, the “feeling of direct connection to the brain” that only a soundboard can provide is also an irreplaceable charm. It’s 58 minutes full of the pleasure of being forced to express his pride as a rock guitarist. Now that you can experience a full show, collect the traditional soundboard in its best form!
