This stunning live performance features previously unreleased soundboard recordings from the band’s cherished 1972 European tour, featuring a performance at the beloved jazz venue “Café Montmartre.” The restoration (correction) corrected phase shift and reduced the tape’s pitch by 2.3%, restoring it to a normal level. Chick Corea’s deeply inspired Fender Rhodes, Joe Farrell’s swiftly emanating Latin-flavored flute, and the addition of soprano saxophonists Stanley Clarke and Airto Moreira, truly showcase the music they created live, delivering a performance with a level of intensity not found on the “Light as a Feather” album.
