After releasing their fourth album, “Burning Ashes,” on January 23, 1974, they appeared on the Netherlands’ largest commercial TV station, “RTL 4,” as an album promotion separate from the tour. This video was recorded in 33 minutes of pro-shot footage that was recently re-aired. First of all, although it is short, the re-broadcast in 2021 is of course a digital broadcast, so the image and sound quality are of the official quality as is, and the sound is synchronized with the stereo sound board sound source that was aired on the radio in 2023 to reproduce the precious studio live performance at a completely official level. And although it only contains three songs from “Burning Ashes,” the title song, “Can You Understand?”, and “Prologue” from the previous album, you can see Annie Haslam’s refreshing vocals and precious live performance in this quality, making it a must-see item for fans of the past.
