Description
From the South American leg of the world tour accompanying the release of “The Game” that took place from June 1980 to November 1981, the performance in Venezuela on September 25, 1981 is recorded in full using soundboard recordings from the local on-air master. First of all, while there is also footage of the performance on that day that was broadcast on TV locally, this is a complete recording because it is a radio broadcast recording. And just before the tour, “Flash Gordon’s Theme” was released, and the huge spectacle show including numbers from that was truly overwhelming, and it already had the air of a champion. Of course, there are also maniac numbers unique to this time, Freddie who was nervous all the time in front of a large crowd, Pryor who made a lot of mistakes with his guitar solos, and other performances, so this is a valuable live performance that shows why it was considered for an official release but was left on the shelf. Also. Although they also performed in Japan in February of that year, the content was quite different, so fans should check that out too. DISC 1 : 01. Introduction / 02. We Will Rock You (fast) / 03.
