Description
The hot new excavation live album is scheduled to be released! This work is an excavated sound source that enthusiasts all over the world are enthusiastic about even at this very moment, and it includes the “Liverpool performance on November 14th and 15th, 1975”, which is the very early stage of “A NIGHT AT THE OPERA TOUR”. It’s an audience album. Speaking of how early it is, these two days are the second and third days of “A NIGHT AT THE OPERA TOUR”. However, the existence of the “November 11th Coventry performance”, which is said to be the first day, is an unknown performance where not only the set list but also the venue is unknown. Perhaps this work is the first and second day. At that time, the single “BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY” was released, but it was one week before the release date of the album “A Night at the Opera”. That’s how “very early” it is. This work, which contains such valuable live performances, is a 3-disc set with “November 14th” on discs 1 and 2 and “November 15th” on disc 3. The sound of “November 14th” is such a wonderful vintage sound that it’s hard to believe that it has been dormant for 40 years. Although it is a somewhat wild sound image, it is not like searching for a hidden performance behind the noise (never!), the musical tone firmly takes the leading role, and the subtleties of the chorus are clear and powerful. I feel like the rhythm section is too powerful, but Freddie Mercury’s singing voice stands out beautifully! It cuts through the musical sounds that tend to be a bit lumpy, and stretches straight and cleanly, jumping over 40 years of time and space. And his singing voice is in great condition again. Not only was he youthful as he was still in his 20s, but he was also clearly one of the most hyper-tensioned on “A NIGHT AT THE OPERA TOUR.” Even “Doing All Right”, which has a high-pitched melody, has a relaxed feel. It is packed full of the most delicious sounds of beautiful voices in rock history. While all the songs are filled with high tension and in great condition, the highlight is “Bohemian Rhapsody” (possibly the first performance). It was released as a single on October 31st, prior to the tour, and will also be played on tape during the opening scene of this work. This alone got the audience fired up, and they didn’t even have to wait for the album to be released, and it was already showing its presence as a representative song. Of course, the main part is also played in a medley with “Killer Queen” and “The March Of The Black Queen”, drawing great applause. They also performed “A Night at the Opera” numbers such as “Sweet Lady” and “The Prophet’s Song.” These can also (probably) be heard in the fresh performance of the premiere. After enjoying “November 14th” to the fullest until the encore, disc 3 “November 15th”. The recording of this day was once circulated as a trade, but the master of this work is different from that. This is a newly discovered master of one piece that is not included in the encore. This is also a sound that gives you a rich vintage feel, and although it doesn’t have the same sense of closeness as “November 14th”, the young QUEEN’s passionate performance takes center stage. Compared to Discs 1 and 2, the hiss drifts throughout the entire story, and you can fully feel the splendor of the master’s freshness. And on this “November 15th”, the intense high tension continues. Even in the trade sound source mentioned above, you can listen to plenty of famous performances that have become a hot topic as “best performances!” In particular, “Modern Times Rock ‘N’ Roll”, which was not performed on “November 14th”, was more! The live performance is so passionate that you can’t help but type the dead words with your fingertips. A shocking new discovery. This is a 3-disc set where you can fully listen to the very early live performance of “A NIGHT AT THE OPERA TOUR”, which has been dormant for 41 years. In order to share the “shock of 2016” with as many people as possible, we have decided to release it urgently! Live at Empire Theatre, Liverpool, UK 14th November 1975 Disc 1(58:42) 1.
