The true identity of this work is the legendary analog masterpiece “LIVE IN KOBE”. Although it was performed at the same “April 23, 1975: Kobe International Hall” as the main story, it is a completely different recording. It is a bootleg that has handed down the “real QUEEN” in an era when “LIVE KILLERS” did not even exist yet. The first pressing is said to be an extremely rare item, with only 100 pieces, and if you are a hardcore collector, you may recognize the simple one-color jacket. This work is a live album that is an elaborate CD version of that legendary piece. Of course, it’s only one LP, so it’s incomplete, and the order of the songs has also been changed. The sound is also not as good as the definitive edition “DEFINITIVE KOBE 1975”. However, that doesn’t mean it’s a bad recording. The robust performance sound comes straight to you and is detailed down to the last detail. Above all, the freshness of the LP version is overwhelming. Compared to magnetic tape, vinyl chloride records with physical grooves and is more resistant to deterioration over time, without wrinkling or distortion. What’s more, this work was created from a record that is in near mint condition, and the glossy sound with almost no needle cracks penetrates the entire volume. It is truly a live album that reproduces “1975” exactly as it is. The main part is better in terms of completeness and beauty as a live album, but this is the real sound that conveyed the scene of the show in the 1970s. It is the sound of history that enthusiasts sought, with the joy of meeting the real QUEEN, or the regret of missing out.
