From Prince’s Remix & Remaster Expanded Series, this 2CD set includes the 2018 remix & remaster of “Graffiti Bridge” plus some precious outtakes. First, “Graffiti Bridge” was released in 1990 as Prince’s 12th studio album, and was also the soundtrack for his third movie. Disc 1 of this title contains the “Original Configuration,” which is the content of one album that was originally planned for the initial release, in official quality. This is a must-listen alternate album with a stronger rock feel than the final official album, which included artists other than Prince as the soundtrack for the movie. Disc 2 also contains outtakes from the production of the album. Many of the works have a different approach from the original, and everything is worth listening to, such as “Melody Cool” with Mavis Staples’ vocals, and bonus tracks with the same content as “30 Years of Unreleased Funk,” the first release of this sound source, have also been added.
