In the second half of the 1994 “The Division Bell” European tour, on September 2nd, Belgium’s Werchter performance was recorded completely and for the first time with a superb, ultra-high quality audience recording comparable to a soundboard recording! This is a super-excellent sound source that is sure to leave you stunned in front of the speakers with such good sound quality. If there were no cheers or clapping between songs, it would be of such quality that you would mistake it for an official recording. The first part is composed mainly of reunion numbers, sandwiched between Shine On You Crazy Diamond and One Of These Days, and the second part is effectively sprinkled with representative songs from the 70s. It is a familiar composition, but it is rare to hear such a good sound recording, so you can feel very fresh. In addition, the sound balance is perfect, and everything, including the bass line, is ultra clear. The overall tone is also very good, and as represented by Sorrow, the wonderful sound of the guitar makes you think that there is nothing better than this.
