Description

The Who’s live performance at the House of Blues in Chicago on June 14, 1997, was the first time The Who had fully resumed their activities after disbanding in 1982. This live performance was recorded in full using soundboard recordings from the broadcast master. The set was almost the same as the solo tour he had done the previous year, with a best-of-the-best selection of songs, mainly solo numbers, and of course Who songs mixed in. Also, be sure to check out the guest appearances by Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, who was also performing on the day, on the opening two songs, “Heart to Hang on Toe” and “Tattoo.” DISC 1 : 01.
