Description

The first day of the US LEG of the world tour that took place over two years from 1989, the LA Forum 11/23 performance, is released as a mirrored sound source for the first time. For this day, the fan club recruited a travel group from Japan and flew out. It was the first US tour since Wings Over America in 1976, and tickets were completely sold out, with two additional performances decided and five performances were held in LA. The famous analog collector’s LP BACK IN THE USA, which contains the first day (and the first day of the US LEG), is said to have been produced by Andrea (Vicky’s Vinyl), but at the time it was said that it was a recording made by Miller. However, I was surprised to see this sound source being distributed just before the start of Paul’s GOT BACK tour, his first in three years. It was a different sound source recorded on the same day with super high-quality sound that surpasses BACK IN THE USA. As the legend goes, perhaps he was wearing a microphone on his hat to directly pick up the sound from the speakers hanging from the ceiling, but the output from the recording in the perfect position of Floor B Row 12 (the 12th row in the middle of the arena) is, needless to say, the strongest. As a special bonus track, in response to the only flaw written in the liner notes (although it is not felt at all) that the explosion sound of Live And Let Die went over the meter, a bonus recording of Live And Let Die was included from a cassette recorded on the same day, which is a secret for enthusiasts. I actually wanted to make this a CD in its entirety, but I will do that another time. In addition, the video of the CNN reporting team includes the moving opening film and the soundtrack of Figure Of Eight. I want you to listen carefully, but the enthusiasm and cheering of the audience during the screening of this opening film is insanely amazing. That’s true, many people will still remember the excitement they felt when they first saw the opening film starting with A Hard Day’s Night. This is the first recording of the legendary Mike the Mike (Mike Millard) at the 1989 LA Forum, recorded in the 12th row in the middle of the floor, with the highest quality sound. The sound is too good! The only drawback written in the liner notes was that the explosion sound of Live And Let Die was off the meter, but as a bonus track, Live And Let Die is included from a cassette recorded on the same day, which is a treasured commodity for enthusiasts. Also included is the opening film and the Figure Of Eight soundtrack from a CNN video conference.
