Description
A treasured sound source that includes a good stereo sound board recording of the live performance at Tokyo Shibuya Public Hall on the first day of the Japan performance from the 1987 “Happy? Tour” is now available! Good stereo soundboard recording of the live performance held at Shibuya Public Hall, Tokyo on December 8, 1987, which was the third performance in Japan from the tour held in conjunction with the release of the sixth album “Happy?” A treasured sound source recorded in is now available! The sound source seems to have been recorded directly from the mixing board, so you can hardly hear the audience’s cheers, but you can enjoy the rough mix with John’s vocals in the center and the separation of each part in well-balanced stereo sound. There are some parts where small noises occur in the first half, but this is due to the master and has been corrected as much as possible. The intro of “Save Me” is missing, the first half of “Bags” is interrupted and noise occurs, and the first half of “Order Of Death” is missing. The members from the previous year’s tour, John McGough on guitar, Lou Edmonds on keyboards and guitar, Alan Diaz on bass, and Bruce Smith on drums, were the recording members of “Happy?” and started the second season of PIL. A decorated ironclad formation! With a set list featuring 7 new songs from “Happy?”, you can enjoy a spectacular performance including early numbers such as “Low Life” and “Public Image”!
