This is a live recording of The Out Trio. I’m sure most people will say “Huh?” This is a unit by Terry Bozzio. The guitarist is Alex Machacek and the bassist is Doug Lunn, so they’re not a very well-known group, but their technique is top-notch. If you’re not a technician, you probably wouldn’t want to join Bozzio’s trio. It’s an audience recording, but it’s recorded pretty well, and you can enjoy the intense yet technical performance of the trio. There is no set list, but it’s mostly instrumental and like a jam session. The set list isn’t that important.
