This recording was taken on soundboard from a March 7, 1996, concert in Fairfax, Virginia. Due to its broadcast, this performance has spawned numerous previously released recordings, thanks to the availability of high-quality soundboard recordings. Previously released recordings of the broadcast audio are incomplete, with gaps between songs cut out, the crackling noises caused by Liam’s inappropriate comments still present, and commercials and interviews between songs frequently interrupt the flow of the concert. There is also a CD claiming to be a “Complete Edition” that supplements the missing sections with audio from an audio disc. While not subject to review, the editing is sloppy, the audio discs are not thoroughly supplemented, and there are omissions. Contrary to the title, this release remains incomplete. Above all, the editing technique is crude, resulting in awkward edits. This release eliminates all the shortcomings of previous releases, accurately following the actual concert track order, without any interruptions due to commercials or interviews, and is the first complete recording by “perfectly” supplementing the missing parts with AUD audio, primarily using soundboard audio. In addition, the broadcast program jingles, commercials, and promotional audio by Noel himself are all included in the second half of Disc 2. This is a definitive edition!
