The Atlanta performance of this work was the 11th concert that was in the middle of it. This work, which records such a show, is the best sound with “super”. Anyway, the sound is wonderfully on and fiercely beautiful. Until now, we have introduced the best masterpiece of the North American tour as “LOS ANGELES 2019 2ND NIGHT”, but this work is also close. Each one has a unique sound, so you can easily update it to the highest level! I can’t say for sure, but I feel like doing it. Its uniqueness is clearness with ultra. If you listen closely with headphones, you will notice the venue acoustics, but they are incredibly clear, with no turbidity or cloudiness at all. What’s especially amazing is the treble. The elongation of the synth sounds like a laser beam stretching into the void, and each note of the arpeggio sparkles and shines like silver dust sprinkled over the venue, falling silently down on the venue. Of course, it’s not just the treble that shines through. The deep bass is also unusually clear, the bass attack is so detailed that you can feel the angle of the fingers, and the vibe is at the waveform level. The same goes for Nick’s drums. The bass drum and snare are truly sensual, and you can feel the vibrations of the skin. Even the rich sound of “LOS ANGELES 2019 2ND NIGHT” was perfect, but this work is No. 1 in North America in terms of sound board clarity. The venue, “The Tabernacle,” is a 108-year-old traditional venue, but it would be more appropriate to call it a state-of-the-art building. As has been proven with his previous works… no, SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS is an extraordinary recording mass production project at the point where it is possible to release such a series of works, but this work is a special one among them. It is a great recording. Moreover, being at the top of this North American tour is directly connected to the top of SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS. As I have repeatedly introduced before, this tour will be the largest set compared to last year. They have also introduced new songs “Remember A Day” and “Childhood’s End” and are performing a show that incorporates all their repertoire. Moreover, the structure solidified after the third performance, and since then they have continued to improve their performance. It’s a situation where “the latest SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS is the best SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS”. Additionally, schedules may also have a positive effect. As you can see from the schedule above, there are no shows on the days before or after the Atlanta performance, and the distance traveled is not that long. You can take a breather while moving and don’t have to worry about tomorrow. Perhaps because of that (or perhaps because the sound is too clear), I feel that the ensemble has more momentum than usual. SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS is an unprecedented recording anomaly in rock history. This is a superb live album that can be said to be special even among so many series. Along with “LOS ANGELES 2019 2ND NIGHT”, this is one of the best products that can be said to be “first of all”. This is a live album that I fully recommend not only to those who are aiming for a complete collection, but also to those who are experiencing it for the first time.
