Description
The Yokohama Cultural Gymnasium performance on August 23, the first performance from the 1988 Japan tour accompanying the release of the album “Odyssey,” in which the collaboration with Joe Lynn Turner was a hot topic, is recorded in full with high-quality audience recording. The overall sound balance is good enough, and Yngwie’s guitar parts in particular are recorded very clearly, so it’s a great listen. What’s great is that, even though it was recorded with a very on sound, the music itself is recorded almost undisturbed by the cheers of the surroundings, which is also a high point. In “You Don’t Remember, I’ll Never Forget,” you can listen to a passage from Rainbow’s “Street Of Dreams.” A dream collaboration between Joe and Yngwie that will probably never happen again!
