Description

Focusing on genres such as jazz and blues, for which there were almost no collector’s items at the time, a group of valuable titles that were extremely popular with fans are now available. Live sound source from 1966, which can be said to be the most greasy period. Three shows at Club 47 in Massachusetts on August 24th are fully recorded, all remastered from soundboard recordings using broadcast sound sources. The band members include Otis Spann and George “Harmonica” Smith, the strongest members of Muddy’s Chicago blues band. Maddy’s sharp slide guitar cuts sharply into her unique vocals, and Maddy’s highlights are everywhere. Although there is some deterioration in sound quality due to aging, this is a must-have disc with high documentary value. Recommended not only for blues fans but also for rock fans.
