Description

From the legendary 1974 Japan tour, the second day in Osaka, which was the final stage in Japan, the performance at the Osaka Welfare Pension Hall on January 23rd is completely recorded in amazing sound quality. Directly uses the original master cassette, which is not even available among traders. The 1974 Japan performance will be revived with the best sound. The magnificent reverberating mellotron is overlaid with a delicate ensemble and lyrical vocals, allowing you to fully enjoy the original progressive world that can only be experienced with the Moody Blues. The Moody Blues were unable to perform a perfect live performance at the Tokyo Budokan performance due to malfunctioning equipment, but this Osaka performance went smoothly without any problems, with excellent sound quality and a dynamic and large-scale masterpiece. A number of these will perfectly recreate the moment that resonated in Japan. Highlights include the familiar singles The Story In Your Eyes, Nights In White Satin, Ride My See-Saw, egend Of A Mind featuring Ray Thomas’ flute solo, and the second half On The Threshold Of A Dream medley. covers a wide range of genres and invites all who listen to it into a mysterious world. At the end, he played I’m Just A Singer from his latest work “Seventh Sojourn”. Anyway, the sound is recorded surprisingly close for a recording of this era, and the audience recording allows you to fully enjoy the entire concert with a stable sound that can be said to be the best in the world. It is a wonderful live performance that will completely change the evaluation of the Moody Blues’ first performance in Japan. Please enjoy it.
