Description

Many fans consider the 1976 tour live performance “Live at the Old Waldorf” to be Mike Bloomfield’s best work, but just before that, he temporarily joined the band of his longtime friend Nick Gravenites, and this is a complete recording of a gig at Seattle’s Pipeline Tavern on March 10th of that year, from a good audience master at the time. This live performance features guitar and vocals from the two, who have performed together on many occasions, including the hidden masterpiece “My Ravers,” which they co-produced, as well as “Eternal Fillmore West” and the Electric Flag, and features a deep performance that includes familiar blues numbers and the final song “Goodnight Irene.” DISC 1 : 01. Thinking Bout My Family/02. Buried Alive In The Blues/03. Don’t Come To My Party/04. Blue Highway/05. Small Walk In Box/06. Women Lovin’ Each Other/07. One Of These Days/08. Meet Me In The Bottom DISC 2 : 01. My Labors/02. Six Weeks In Reno/03. It’s About Time/04. Your Do Friends/05. Your Work At Night/06. Gypsy Good Time/07.
