Description
This work includes the “Lille performance on December 9, 2016 (France)”. This is the ninth performance of “Europe #1”. This concert is the third to last performance of the main tour accompanying the new work “FUCK EVERYONE AND RUN (F E A R)”. The biggest point of this work is the full set recording that is approaching two and a half hours. The large volume is overwhelming. It is not just an extended version of the main press CD, but frankly speaking, it is completely different. After all, the only ones that overlap are the new masterpieces “El Dorado” and “Easter”. The rest are completely different, and you can listen to new songs such as the main masterpieces “The New Kings” and “Living In F E A R”. Not only that, but the title song of the previous work “SOUNDS THAT CAN’T BE MADE”, “Power”, the masterpiece “King” from the 90s, and “Sugar Mice” from the Fish era are also shown. And what’s best of all is the big operation from that masterpiece “MARBLES”. In addition to the three core masterpieces “The Invisible Man”, “Neverland” and “Ocean Cloud”, they will also play “Fantastic Place”. I can’t predict what kind of set will be the first performance in 23 years in Japan, but I wonder if they will also do these masterpieces… I get excited with such expectations. Furthermore, the sound that depicts such a full set is also super powerful. Although the evidence of the audience recording is engraved in the lively applause, the bold musical sound is wonderful enough to kick up a poor sound board. The direct feeling is impeccable, and the thick “ringing” is extremely beautiful. I can’t help but worry about the visit in October, but even so, this is a superb live album that drips with the band potential of MARILLION, who created the masterpiece “FUCK EVERYONE AND RUN (F E A R)”.
