Description
Recorded in master quality from the broadcast soundboard source of the late Lou Reed’s Bottom Line performance in New York on May 11, 1977. First of all, in the previous year, he had released two albums in quick succession, “Coney Island Baby” and “Rock’n’ Roll Heart,” and was engaged in a fulfilling solo career. In a relaxed atmosphere on the line, the show opened with the VU number “Sweet Jane,” followed by “Waiting for the Man,” “Rock and Roll,” “Walk on the Wild Side,” and more. Even the solos such as “Berlin” are impressive, with simple and tight playing in the background. DISC ONE : 01. Sweet Jane / 02. I’m Waiting For The Man / 03. Rock & Roll Heart / 04. Heroin / 05.
