Description
Following the UK tour in early 1970, the European tour began on February 23rd, and the fourth performance on February 28th in Copenhagen was recorded in a high-quality audience recording for 2 hours and 6 minutes, with stable master sound. This is a must-listen 2-disc set for fans. The sound source marked MASTER>DAT uploaded on the Internet has been pitch-corrected and recorded (tapered by Michael Moller). The pitch has been corrected to about 10-50% lower by a semitone throughout. This is the best version in history, where the randomly large deviations in the first four tracks on Disc 1 have been accurately corrected for the first time. This is the first time that this sound source will be released with the correct pitch throughout the entire album. (The longest recording in terms of content) It’s a shame that the first two songs, We’re Gonna Groove and I Can’t Quit You Baby, are missing from the original tape, but the three songs, Dazed and Confused, which starts with a cut-in from the intro, and the endless encore cover, are recorded with very stable and clear sound, so there is no problem even if this is pressed into a CD as is. A feature of this sound source is that there are almost no major recording problems other than the beginning loss, so you can enjoy the stage of this period with such a stable sound for more than two hours. A new definitive version of the 1970 Copenhagen sound source that can be enjoyed with the master’s own tone, correct pitch, and appropriate sound pressure, without unnecessary equalization processing.
