Description
Since there are not many early recordings left, most fans will refer to 1969 as the “early period,” but the American tour in the summer of 1969 was already Zeppelin’s third North American tour. By this time, Zeppelin’s overwhelming performance had already spread by word of mouth, and it was a time when they were receiving applause that surpassed the headliners everywhere. This third North American tour is of course being conducted as a regular tour, but it is also known for having many festival appearances scheduled within the same tour. A typical example is the Texas Pop Festival on August 31st, where the sound board sound source remains. This work includes the August 8, 1969 San Bernardino, California performance from this 1969 summer North American tour. The set list of this period will be characterized by an opening that opens with “The Train Kept A Rolling” and connects with a medley to “I Can’t Quit You Baby”. The improvisation on “Dazed And Confused,” the long rendition of “How Many More Times,” and bluesy songs like “You Shook Me” give them a unique feel that sets them apart from other hard rock bands. It expresses the world and foreshadows the sudden spark of the coming 70’s. Among them, the biggest factor that characterizes this day is that “I Gotta Move” is the only one on the tour. The song is famous for being performed on Danish TV, but on this day it was performed on an actual concert stage. Complete recording of the August 8, 1969 San Bernardino performance in high quality. Zeppelin mania will be recorded as the day when they played the rare “I Gotta Move”, and it will be a day that cannot be missed. SWING AUDITORIUM, SAN BERNARDINO CALIFORNIA U.S.A. August 8, 1969 01.
