Two years after the finale of the “END OF THE ROAD Tour,” a special event titled “Kiss Kruise: Land-Locked in Vegas” took place in Las Vegas on November 14th and 15th, 2025, with excellent audience shots captured over two days. This two-day special performance was held at the hotel, with the first day being an acoustic show on the 14th and the next day being a regular acoustic live show on the 15th. Both performances featured makeup-free footage. Disc 1’s acoustic set, shot from a direct angle toward the center of the stage, offers a slightly obtrusive view of the crowd, but since it was an acoustic gig, the audience remained quiet and staid, posing no problem. The show kicked off with a tribute to Ace, led by Paul, who raised a candle dedicated to him and called out, “Ace!” The concert featured a parade of rare acoustic tracks, including Gene’s “See You Tonite,” the Beatles’ “I’ll Be Back,” their first renditions of “Hard Luck Woman” and “Hide Your Heart” in six years, and a humorous rendition of “Christine Sixteen”—a truly intimate and comfortable hour. The second day, the day after Disc 2, featured a standard electric live performance. While the angle was directly in front of the stage, our front-row seats provided a good view of the entire crowd. The KISS logo and full lighting system, as per usual, created a truly exciting atmosphere. While the focus was on classic ’70s numbers, the band also performed rare tracks like “Take Me” and “Love Her All I Can.” Bruce Kulick, who was wearing no makeup, joined the band for the final two tracks, “Lick It Up” and “Rock and Roll All Nite,” adding a surprise to the crowd.
