Description
Our KISS original soundboard series is shocking the whole world. The latest edition is here. This time, it is a studio rehearsal from the golden age of the 70s “ROCK & ROLL OVER TOUR”. This series has been a series of world premiere superb soundboards, starting with “REVENGE IN DAYTON” in the 90s. In the 70s, “UNRELEASED SPRING 1973 REHEARSAL”, “AMITYVILLE 1973”, “STUDIO DEMOS 1975”, “ANAHEIM 1976”, etc., I think that if you are reading this nonsense, you have probably heard a few of them. Not only is it a world premiere sound source, but the quality is also thoroughly superb, making it an intense series. [Shocking Aucoin Reel] This work is the latest in such a shocking series. This time, it is also the world’s first appearance master brought from the same route, but this time it is even more intense. This is a direct digitalization of the reel master treasured by Bill Aucoin, the first manager of KISS. Aucoin is a famous figure in the KISS Army. He is a skilled manager who discovered KISS when they were unknown and raised them with all his heart. He managed the record contract, taught the members how to wipe fires and spit blood, and devised a merchandise strategy. He is the parent who pushed them to become the best band in the world. The master reel that he treasured… is truly a treasure among treasures. There are three types of sound sources included in this work. The tour rehearsals for “New York on November 11, 1976” and “Reading on November 15, 1976” held in preparation for the “ROCK & ROLL OVER TOUR”, and the studio demo known as the “Eddie Kramer demo”. Some of the recordings have already been released, but all of them are the highest quality versions from Aucoin’s reels. Let’s take a closer look at each sound source. [New York rehearsal on November 11, 1976] First up are nine tour rehearsals in New York, which will be the first time they are performed anywhere in the world. When it comes to “ROCK & ROLL OVER TOUR rehearsals,” the rehearsal recordings in Reading are famous, but this recording is different. Let’s start by organizing the schedule. July 3rd – September 12th: DESTROYER TOUR (September-October 1976 ROCK AND ROLL OVER production) October 19th: Los Angeles rehearsal October 20th + 21st: TV appearance November 7th-12th: New York rehearsal ←★Here★ November 15th-21st: Reading rehearsal November 24th: Start of ROCK & ROLL OVER TOUR In this way, there were rehearsals in three locations: Los Angeles, New York, and Reading, but this work is the second New York. This was a rehearsal that took place in the studio on the release date of the album “ROCK & ROLL OVER”. The quality of the soundboard is extremely realistic. In fact, it is not the finest sound like the previous soundboard series, but this is the “on-site sound” that the Aucoin Master was absorbing. KISS Army around the world can enjoy nine songs that no one has ever heard before. [“Reading Rehearsal” and “Kramer Demo”] After the New York rehearsal, which was the first in the world, the rehearsal of “Reading, November 15, 1976” and the “Eddie Kramer Demo” are recorded. As mentioned above, these two are classic sound sources that have been known for a long time, but even if you have heard the performance, no one has heard the quality. This is the highest quality version ever that was sleeping only in the Aucoin reel. In fact, the sound is vivid with the freshness unique to the original reel, and it far exceeds the New York rehearsal. The band is known for its high-quality sound, but it has been reborn as something completely different. The New York rehearsals that no one has ever heard before and the reading and demo sounds that no one has ever heard before. This is the “sound” that only a nurturing parent could have. Bill Aucoin knew the band inside and out, and was present at every gig to lead them. This is his treasured album. Reel Master from Aucoin Management collection SIR Studios, New York, NY.
