A high-quality stereo audience recording of a club gig held at Maxwell’s, a club in Hoboken, New Jersey, on September 27, 1986, when Jonathan Richman & The Modern Lovers’ album “IT’S TIME FOR” was released. A treasured sound source recorded in is now available! The sound source was digitally transferred directly from the master cassette, and it has a wide range and the balance of not only the vocals but also each part is perfect, and you can enjoy high-quality sound with excellent immersiveness that was in the upper class at the time! A set list featuring four songs from the single “Circle I” released last year and the then new album “IT’S TIME FOR”. It’s a shame that the middle part of the last song “The U.F.O. Man” is missing, but it’s a great rock’n’roll party, with the audience’s screams and cheers bouncing around like it was a live performance in a small club with a capacity of about 200 people.
