Description

From the US tour accompanying the commercially successful “No Brakes” album, in which Missing You reached number one on the US hit chart and the second single Tears also entered the top 50, the tour will be held in Detroit on October 22nd. The performance is completely recorded with ultra-high quality stereo soundboard recording. In the background are David Bowie’s tour members Earl Slick (guitar) and Carmine Rojas (bass), as well as Tommy Mandel, who is familiar with Bryan Adams on keyboard, and each of them is of high quality. He is showing a great play. In particular, Earl Slick later became Bowie’s right-hand man, and you can hear his tremendous technical play everywhere. Most of the song selections are occupied by the “No Brakes” number, but in the second half, Change and Wild Life from the first solo album “Ignition”, and the Babys’ Midnight Rendezvous will be played. You can fully enjoy the rich and unique singing voice with the wet texture typical of the British singer. Live at Fox Theatre, Detroit, MI. USA 22nd October 1984 STEREO SBD 1. Saturday Night 2.
