John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band’s “Live Peace in Toronto 1969″ is now available as the latest remastered expanded edition in 2020! On September 13, 1969, John Lennon performed at the outdoor festival “Toronto Rock and Roll Revival” in Toronto, Canada, his first live performance since the Beatles, along with Eric Clapton and Alan White. They performed rock ‘n’ roll covers from the Beatles era, as well as new songs from the time, “Cold Turkey” and “Give Peace to Us,” for the first time, and the second half featured an avant-garde performance centered on Yoko’s vocals. CD1 includes all the latest remastered live songs. CD2 is the latest 2-disc collector’s edition that includes single versions and remixes that are not included in the album! CD1 01.
