Description
Jimmy Page’s solo album, released in February 1982 after Zep broke up in 1980, was the soundtrack for the movie Los Angeles. The fact that Jimmy was in charge of the soundtrack for a movie starring Charles Bronson was a surprise to all rock fans and movie fans alike. This gift item is a careful tracing of the original UK version of this work. Since the content is merely a soundtrack, it is film music mainly composed of synths and strings. However, it feels like a musical composition that is somewhat an extension of In Through the Outdoors. Chris Farlowe, who sings on two songs, also has a very powerful voice. He would later participate in Jimmy’s solo album Outrider as a vocalist on three songs. If you listen carefully, you will also notice that the instrumental songs, which are typical of soundtracks, have a complex structure. Currently, this work is only available on mail order sites, but it seems to be out of print in general circulation. Please enjoy this item as a part of Jimmy’s first musical activity since Zep broke up. Taken from Death Wish II (The Original Soundtrack), UK Original LP(SSK59415) (37:37) 1. Who’s To Blame 2.
