Description
In 1988, from the jazz festivals held all over Europe in the summer, to the festival in Nice, France on July 11th, the live performance by the strongest quartet of Michael Brecker, Ron Carter, and Al Foster was truly official. The first appearance sound source recorded with the highest sound quality has been released. This strongest quartet’s live performances have been released by Mega Disc, including performances in Europe and Tokyo, but the Nice performance in Tokyo this time will be the best quality. It is unknown whether it is a rebroadcast, but the tape itself has hardly deteriorated over time, and the sound quality is such that there is no problem even if it is released as an official version. The live broadcast was 53 minutes in total, and Michael’s tenor is in excellent condition here in Nice, allowing you to fully enjoy his improvisational play, which is different from past live shows.
