DISC-1 contains demo recordings from the soundtrack masterpiece “Popeye” and “Skip Weshner Show” from 1970, while DISC-2 contains session recordings from the Monkees’ second album, “Ghost and Mrs Muir” and “Playboy After Dark” from 1969, and “Smoothers Brothers” from 1970, all recorded as soundboard recordings!
