Among these, “1974 Whisky” was realized immediately after the release of the album “THE POWER AND THE GLORY”. It was the beginning of “North America #1”. Although the first day of the tour was in Denver, the “Whisky A Go Go” rush began from the second performance. Seven performances were held in five consecutive nights (there is also a different theory). It seems that the members were not keen on the club performance, but the management pushed it through. As a result, all the performances were a great success, and even if the tickets were raised in price, they were sold out. It was a week that was truly the signal smoke of the invasion of the United States. In the midst of all this, this work was recorded on “October 12”. However, it is said that there were two performances on this day, and it is not yet clear which one this work was recorded at. Another point is the performance at the “Aquarius Theater” held the day before this work. TV recording was done here, and the professional shot footage became a standard. It was later recorded as “US TV Concert” in the official “GIANT ON THE BOX”. Although this footage is known as “Long Beach 1975”, it was a miscredited one. However, the above “October 10th” is also a hypothesis, so it’s confusing. The venue seems to be the Aquarius Theater, but there is a strong theory that “it’s actually October 14th to 16th,” and it has not yet been completely solved. Although the introduction full of mysteries has become too long, there is no doubt that this work is imbued with a legendary concert famous in history. And the sound that conveys it is the best with “super”. It is a type that goes “like a sound board” at time, and jumps into your ears with a fiercely thick sense of distance zero, and the fineness of the details and the sense of separation are outside the common sense of song recording.
