Although it was released as a semi-official album in 2002, the 1977-799 “BBC The Radio One Sessions” has now been released on CD directly from the master. Fronted by Billy Idol, it was a short-lived band that dominated the NW/punk scene at the time, and fans should definitely check it out as it includes not only original numbers, but also songs not included on the album, such as a cheerful cover of “Shakin’ All Over” and the B-side number “No No No” of the single “Ready Steady Go”. 01.
