Gary Moore/Europe Tour 1986 Collection

This is a compilation of all four performances from the Euro Short Tour that took place during the recording of “Wild Frontier” in 1986. Disc 1 is a complete recording of the warm-up gig at the University of Surrey in Guildford, England on June 3rd, which lasted about 70 minutes, recorded in good audience quality for the time. Disc 2 is a complete recording of the performance in Stockholm, Sweden on June 7th, where they performed in front of a large crowd as an opening act for Queen, recorded in high quality audience master for 72 minutes. Disc 3 is a 58-minute recording of the performance in Mannheim, Germany on June 21st, where they also performed as an opening act for Queen, recorded from a soundboard source from the local FM on-air master. And the last disc 4 is a 45-minute recording of the performance at the festival held at Milton Keynes Bowl in England on June 28th, recorded from a soundboard source from the broadcast master. Although the second half of the soundboard live performances are not complete because they are all broadcast recordings, there are only a limited number of soundboard recordings from this period, so fans should still check them out.
