Description
Sandy Denny made her comeback on the US tour in 1974, and on January 29th, the concert at the prestigious Hollywood club, Troubadour, was recorded almost completely with high quality audience recording, which was considered A rank at the time. First of all, the set was recorded three weeks after the legendary first visit to Japan, which was a one-off performance, and it was also after Sandy, who had been away for a while, returned for the first time in four years. Although there is an official live album of a live performance at Sydney La during the same period, there are almost no remaining recordings, so it is very rare. In addition to the representative songs up to that point, “TOKYO”, which was written for Japan, is also performed here, and although Richard Thompson was absent, it is a valuable record of the members who were only with the late Sandy Denny and Dave Mattacks (drums), who were only with them for a very short time. 01.
