A rare live recording of the Electric Light Orchestra from the 1970s has been released! This recording was made at the “The Great Music Festival” held in Dortmund, Germany on September 27, 1974. The recording was made from the original master direct reel tape, and the stage at that time was vividly captured with a good quality audience recording. The set list is the standard from 1974, including the Beatles’ “Day Tripper” and rock and roll covers of “Fireball Rock” and “Roll Over Beethoven”, and this is a rare live performance from the 1970s before they continued their advance in the US!
