Description

A few years ago, the first generation master of the late show of Domino’s final Port Chester performance was suddenly uploaded on the Internet, astonishing Clapton enthusiasts around the world. There are many already released on this day, but as the person who uploaded it himself commented, this master is a clear and natural first-time stereo master that far surpasses all previously released ones. Although it includes parts where the volume goes up and down and parts where the bass is slightly lacking due to microphone adjustment, it is clear that it is an overwhelmingly upgraded version, as you can hear the sound of Bobby Whitlock’s keyboard compared to the previously released master. You will be especially surprised by the sound quality of the encore Crossroads. For this late show, you no longer need the previously released version. We will make this new master, which can be said so far, our gift item this week. Clapton’s play at Domino was wonderfully aggressive and sharp, and the vocals were soulful, which is no exaggeration to say that it was flawless at all performances. They themselves had intended to continue their activities, but strangely enough, this performance was the second-to-last live performance. It was a prank of fate that they had no idea about. The band’s performance, which was full of energy and full throttle without knowing it, was sadly tight. The high-speed performance of the same fast version as Tell The Truth’s debut single may have been a sign that the band had returned to their roots at this point. However, after one performance after this, the band headed for the end. That’s why we can say with certainty that their performance at this performance is that of their heyday, filled with 100% dreams and hopes that they never expected to end. If the Marquee and Bournemouth are historical sound sources, this performance can also be said to be a historical sound source that captured the last appearance of Dominos. Please take this opportunity to appreciate the overwhelming upgraded master.
